The gimlet is a cocktail that normally consists of gin and lime juice. It is simple to prepare and is quite tasty. There are different variations on the Gimlet some containing gin and some containing vodka. Here is a recipe that you can try for yourself using One Key gin.

3 oz - One Key Gin

1/2 - Lime juice

1. Shake gin and lime juice with ice, then strain into a chilled cocktail lass or an Old Fashioned glass full of ice.

2. Garnish with lime wedge.
