Junior Bar Fight Challenge 2019 in Croatia, Zagreb exceeded all expectations in every possible meaning.

This relaxed competition is an excellent opportunity for young generations to socialize vocationally and educationally, observers to get acquainted with the magical world of craft cocktails, and everyone else from the industry to meet very talented young bartenders.

A new generation of bartenders is here!

The propositions of the competition were relatively simple:

Bartenders had to send a recipe of the author's cocktail with base alcohol from the portfolio of Brown Forman, Brugal or Zagreb's Old Pilot's gin.

The only requirement is that they have gone out for a maximum of one cocktail competition so far.

A deserved victory went to Monika Hanžek, who replaced her cooking career with a bar one and combined Brugal 1888 rum, tonka syrup, lemon juice and orange juice in the finals.

And today we would like to honor another her invention: Initium.

We are also immensely pleased with the fact that two of the three highest rated cocktails in this competition were created by women, so we can say that the Junior Bar Fight Challenge exceeded all expectations and repeat that we are looking forward to the next releases.
