Provence Kiss
INGREDIENTS
1/5 ounce - Gin XII
0.75 ounce - Domaine de Canton or other ginger liquor
0.5 ounce - Luxardo maraschino liquor
1 ounce freshly - squeezed lime
Dash - Absinthe (any you prefer most of all)
Instructions
1. Rinse the inside of a chilled coupe with absinthe and discard the excess.
2. Add the gin, fresh lime juice, Domaine de Canton, and Maraschino to a shaker with ice
3. Shake
4. Double strain into rinses glass
5. Garnish with amarena cherries
